Pros
Benefits, very hard working peers, carefree and progressive culture, very well supplied office, support for growing career and honing into niche skills. It is a slow growth but you do learn a lot at the reasonable wage. People you work with will be supportive and there is plenty of opportunity to do amazing work.
Cons
Favoritism, lack of training, suppressive/toxic atmosphere, everything is always late and wasted money on executives' parties and business trips. Creativity and product quality is declining with not much support for improving technical advances and then there's the usual micro-management practices, unethical relationships and stress at every corner - seem to be typical of most retail organizations.
