Unfortunately, it was toxic environment in which pertinent information was never shared openly nor was it encouraged to be.

Opportunity to gain valuable experience, awesome discounts and gratis, Company encourages you to take clientele when you leave, fun work environment, some control over day-to-day schedule, amazing opportunity to network and get in the beauty industry.

Cons

Poor work-life balance, unrealistic expectations for LSAs and aesthies, high events goals, high turnover amongst Macy's support staff, difficulty working as contractor within Macy's - Macy's management always trying to push their agenda onto our shoulders.
