Pros

Flexible schedule, a lot of smart people working there, very cool culture. Nice location so short commute. Lots of opportunity to participate in community and social events.

Cons

Hours can be long. Intense drive to be the best so the workload can be heavy and fast paced. Pay and benefits are not that great, just average. Benefits could be better given it's a benefits technology company.

Pros

Great incentives such as "Walk the Mile", First Fridays, free Starbucks coffee in every breakroom, Vegetable trays on Wednesdays and food truck Fridays.

Cons

Lots of work, too little ppl. We often don't know how to say no, therefore taking on too much work and cannot perfect the current work.

Pros

Pay is now in line with the industry average and the culture is great. Company is growing at a healthy pace delivering exceptional product and services to each customer. Management is committed to success and work/life balance is important.

Cons

Brand recognition is weak, so more market awareness is needed.
