Pros

Teamed approach to helping clients: All functional areas work together to ensure client happiness. I've never seen such a strong relationship between account management, implementation, executive management and sales. Everyone works VERY hard but enjoys what they do: That has been my experience.

Cons

Not the type of company for the person who doesn't appreciate change and rapid movement. We are growing quickly, which makes it exciting to me.

Pros

There are some very good and very talented people there; I enjoyed getting to know and working with many of them. The company has great potential and is positioned for future growth in the marketplace.

Cons

The work environment and corporate culture need some serious work; it reminded me of middle school. The politics and the rumor mill are rampant and rule the land. Truth and fiction do not matter; right and wrong do not matter. The only thing that matters is who says what and how many times they say it; say it enough times and it becomes "reality". That is not a good way to run a company. The employees that are not part of the political "in crowd" are treated like insignificant cogs, to be used and discarded when they are worn out. Management does not get to know their employees, they do not know how to recognize talent, how to grow that talent or how to put it use. The hours are long and the pay/benefits are solidly mediocre.
