Very strong product and they continue to work to be better

Cons

Low pay, long hours, poor management and they are doing a horrible job at implementing their product. This is now getting out into the marketplace and is damaging their reputation and the sales force's reputation.

A lot of young people which keeps the work place lively.

Cons

Poor pay. Poor management. The company is run by a volatile egomaniac. His management team is fully aware of this and for the most part has adopted a management style of "don't anger Shawn". This stifles the further potential in this company, however the attitude is not without merit. After the VP of Marketing decided to leave the company after 10 years of loyal service to take a less demanding job that would allow her to spend more time with her family, The CEO threatened to ruin her life and her career. No former employee would rate this company positively. There is a network of former "BF'ers" around town now that consistently talk about how fortunate we are to have gotten out!
