      Validate Offshore promotions

      Pros

      From an offshore perspective, very exciting job roles.

      Cons

      Too many managers working on a single project. With this number, you can actually just count a couple who truly knows what they are doing and makes themselves available when you need them the most. Managerial promotions should not be taken lightly especially with your offshore team. These are people they are handling, if not handled well you will loose the whole team and i can guarantee you that.

      Great possibilities after leadership changes

      Pros

      There are alot of very intelligent workers. The atmosphere is great and alot of effort is made to allow for creativity.

      Cons

      The biggest challenge is the lack of leadership. The workers hands are kept tied behind their backs while progress is expected but not allowed. If management would listen to the advice of the very knowledgeable workers this company could go a long way.

      Great potential but needs some serious work

      Pros

      There are some very good and very talented people there; I enjoyed getting to know and working with many of them. The company has great potential and is positioned for future growth in the marketplace.

      Cons

      The work environment and corporate culture need some serious work; it reminded me of middle school. The politics and the rumor mill are rampant and rule the land. Truth and fiction do not matter; right and wrong do not matter. The only thing that matters is who says what and how many times they say it; say it enough times and it becomes "reality". That is not a good way to run a company. The employees that are not part of the political "in crowd" are treated like insignificant cogs, to be used and discarded when they are worn out. Management does not get to know their employees, they do not know how to recognize talent, how to grow that talent or how to put it use. The hours are long and the pay/benefits are solidly mediocre.
