No one seems to care. There are a lot of changes in the organization with managers, teams and leadership. A lot of folks got cut and their experience and domain knowledge went with them. Recently a new policy was put in place not to book over lunch hour from noon to one and here we are with people not caring and still booking over lunch. Same ol same ol.

The volume of executive turnover is frightening. With each new CEO- there have been four in four years mind you, comes a brand new cast of exec teams with them . While some of these appointments are great- there is almost no acknowledgement that the disruption is very damaging. The focus is on finally being profitable and the board fires CEOs or Execs left and right if they aren't delivering in really short amount of time. With these constant hiring and firings, very few people ask the senior leaders reporting to these execs what was working or not working with that leader so they can learn and improve. It's a total mess and not one I'd likely return to. The other is the lip service and zero action on diversity, inclusion and belonging. Be aware that this is a conservative company with no experience diversifying their staff. The lack of awareness of unconscious bias is astounding what year it is.
