Pros

Overtime allowed sometimes. Some of your coworkers are nice. You might be allowed to work from home depending on your department. You allowed to take pto even when you dont really have it.

Cons

Over worked and underpaid. Management expects you to know the job the day you walk in and halfway train you. Standards are unrealistic for employees unless you're superman. The turn around rate is very high. I've only been here for a few months and i've seen more than 10 employees come and go only after being with the company for a short amount of time. And that was only in my department, who knows what the rate is in others.
