The majority of my co-workers at Benevis are very smart, driven and fun to work with. I believe that my peers operate with a high level of integrity, really want to do the best job possible, and the culture here allows for new ideas. We have an awesome team!

Cons

We could do a better job of communication our short and long term strategic goals. Departments have a tendency to drive results within their teams instead of partnering across other groups.
