Pros

Bennie is a great company and I do love working here! Everyone is so incredibly kind and is willing to help to ensure that everyone is succeeding. Bennie is a start up so there is heavy work load especially from the top which is usually the opposite.

Cons

Help relieve the workload from the top. No 401k match.
