Transparent leadership and overall positive culture

Pros

The leadership team is transparent and clear about the vision of the company. They are open to thoughts and feedback which makes the company culture feel like true collaboration. There is a balance of guidance and autonomy which allows employees to take ownership of their role/projects and grow professionally while having the support we need to execute those projects.

Cons

There have been some shifts and changes as Bennie grows. But leadership is always communicative about those changes and the reason for them. It seems like well thought out decisions

Bennie Health Layoffs - Great Product But Lost My Job

Pros

Bennie hires some of the most intelligent people I have ever worked with—warm and friendly people willing to help you succeed. Everyone is amiable, easy to talk to, and passionate about their work. The Bennie Team will be missed.

Cons

Bennie has experienced two layoffs. The most recent layoffs, which occurred this month in July, affected the consulting team due to financial restructuring. This was a shock, as the company seemed to be growing quickly. Bennie has excellent products and genuinely cares about making employee benefits easier. However, the recent layoffs make me question the company's stability. Now, everyone laid off must return to an unpredictable and volatile job market, which is very disheartening and scary.
