      - Great potential with sticky products and a strong reputation built over 40 years in the market. - Great, knowledgeable colleagues and a company culture that supports a healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      - Challenges in transitioning from legacy products to modern saas offerings very slow progress in actually building new great products with meaningful revenue. - Technology steered product creation - it's not about creating value for users as much as aligning technology in a neat order when building products. With horrible UX and workflows that don't make sense as the result. - Product teams lack accountability for product profitability because development is so disconnected from market, leading to product teams releasing new features but not actually moving the needle. - Surprise layoffs not handled in a good way, causing fear and uncertainty in teams.
