      1.Work from home 2. Free to do anything 3. A lot of dedicated good people working with passion and now more leaving or retire.

      Cons

      1. Never ending restructure and this is a distractions. 2. Little or insignificant annual pay raise and mediocre benefit 3. No career progression at all , believe me i am the proof . 4. Please reduce office politic and focus on the actual reason why we here , the user. 5. I don’t see feel any changes being made after we going IPO , i think its much worst
