Pros

There are some great managers and excellent colleagues here - but like every other place, there are also some very incompetent managers here.

Cons

The constant reorganization changes is fine - however, management is not totally clear with colleagues making it a difficult undertaking as many will pick up the slack and change rolls during this time. At this point the yearly reorganization and layoffs and total confusion has become pretty predictable.

Work from home is popular. Works well for parents with young children or people don't want to be in the office. Casual and relaxing work place. Good place if you want to learn new skills

Cons

Lack of effective project management and strong leadership at all levels. Have problems meeting project deadlines. Lack accountability and proper planning. Not a great place to advance your career or income No or very small raise. Quarterly bonus structure are difficult to understand.

Great benefits, fair pay, flexible work hours and location

Cons

Unnecessary process hinders productivity. Siloed management doesn't collaborate so priorities conflict rather than synergies working together.
