Bentley fosters a creative environment where you opinions can make a huge difference. There are plenty of projects and plenty of fantastic managers that want you succeed.

Cons

Bentley has fostered the idea that they can and will underpay you. Starting at Bentley, I was explicitly told that I will probably be underpaid.

Mostly good work-life balance, good culture in development teams, good support for developers, ability to work with new technologies, ability to work from home, work with people around the world

Cons

Pay is not competitive, bad bonus structure, C level executives are out of touch with people on the ground, little to no opportunity for promotions/raises, constant organizational changes
