      Excellent medical benefits, generous bonuses, incentive for healthy lifestyle changes, excellent charity work.

      Cons

      Not many women executives, very little upward movement, difficult to get a fair raise or vacation time, not great work/life balance, many expectations set by management are unrealistic for colleagues to complete

      Very flexible work from home or office capabilities. I am extremely appreciate of this and believe it is very hard to find at other companies. However, this flexibility depends on your management team - every department treats it differently. I was able to travel

      Organizational change management is a mess. They make major changes every year and don't do a great job of letting people know. Much of upper-management does not value creativity and new ideas.
