There is little strategic direction from upper management. It is clear that the company lacks a cohesive vision, and that they have a "more is more" approach to products and acquisitions. They fail to streamline. Management is largely comprised of out-dated skillsets and industry understanding who compensate by bullying those they manage. It is very much a culture of bullying and absentee management. I would say that it is a job, but plan to leave. They do not reward loyalty, punish hard work, and they don't pay well enough to put up with either of those.

Upper management decisions aren't always for the best. Not always transparent when new positions are available. Colleagues given promotions without posting the position so not much room for advancement unless you're in with the right people.
