      Pros

      Excellent in the areas of salary, benefits, vacation, and sick leave. Very goal oriented from the top to the bottom, and they communicate those goals very well. There are a lot of opportunities for young people!

      Cons

      They have a world-wide presence, so it can be a challenge to meet with the people you need to meet with in a timely manner, and there are a lot of meetings at all levels.

      1. Get to meet new Clients 2. Learn on the job 3. Obtain varied Experience of different Engineering fields

      Cons

      1. No recognition for work. 2. HR is non-existent 3. No equal treatment between offices in India. 4. Increments are not linked to performance.
