Free lunch. Free cab. Not so late working like service based but yeah extended work hours sometime. Good project work.

Just writing review to let other people know about current situation of company and to let management know how a employee feels. I have joined Bentley 1 year back from a big and awesome organization so can feel the difference in work culture. Recently fired a lot of people .Even in meeting employees listen that either we need to achieve that target or company can cut short the team.(seriously where is job security) Already fired experienced people having 8 to 10 years of experience in Bentley. Unprofessional way of working. No work from home policy because according to organization people use it in wrong way. This proves they doesn't trust their employees. People are not intellectual , you can ask anything in which they are working and they are like blank. They hire you as different technology developer and put you in another( man if you require .Net person so why you hired xyz technology person). Not as such flexibility. In short it seems a mistake joining Bentley from big organization. If you need job desperately then join Bentley otherwise at least join a company with some job security. Not so good pay.
