There is flexibility in the nature of work and lots of employee centric programs introduced over the last couple of years,

Cons

Does not pay at par with market. Its been like that for a few years and they really need to review their compensation structure. This is at a global level and not specific to one region.

Great culture and people, the hours were nice, hybrid work was available and i believe full time work from home is the standard now. Great stepping stone.

Cons

The pay was 40% less than the industry stand for a cloud engineer position.
