      -Immediate management and colleagues were great to work with and approachable. -Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      -No clear path for career development or promotions. -Little to no communications between upper management and employees. -Some business practices are shady. -Base pay seems low for the amount of work done in our department vs. other department (Product Specialist vs. User Support Specialist) and also when compared to market value.
