Lots of long-term, languishing employees who greet you with a firm 'meh'. There wasn't much culture to speak of when I was there... some teams seemed more sociable than others, but most I found to be... bland? Depending on your team, your management could be great. In my case, I started out with a power trippy micromanager, but mercifully things got better when they moved on. Have heard from contacts that things have improved since they IPO'd and new C-Level execs entered the fold. In my time, I found it to be the epitome of a 'just a job'- punch in, punch out, collect pay.
