      Pros

      Good work life balance. There used to be profit sharing in 401k, which has been a great benefit for those who were around long enough to benefit from it.

      Cons

      Pay has not kept up with industry standards. Although the company seems to be becoming more flexible than in the past, there are a lot more progressive companies out there offering greater flexibility, benefits, time off, etc.
