      Pros

      Was there almost 20 years- great experience, terrific people. Good work/life balance. Ahead of the curve on supporting remote work. Glad to have had the opportunity.

      Cons

      Nothing out of the ordinary. I liked what I did and I liked the people I worked for and with.

      Pros

      Lots of things to work on. Tech stack is extensive and always something new going on. Surrounded by smart people and good mentors. Work life balance is pretty good. Although some management seem over worked.

      Cons

      Not a competitive salary in California even though the offices are in high CoL areas. For a company this size that focuses on software, it seems out of place. Start ups and companies that are a quarter of the size are easily more competitive. Feels like the company is too stiff to keep up and barely adjusts to inflation.

      - A lot of career opportunities for a new engineer - OK WLB, sometimes you have crunch hours to meet some deadlines

      Cons

      - Product managers are essentially the product owners and scrum master, and essentially has now clue of to implement the agile/scrum best practices. - Compensation is peanuts, no appreciate to the deserving colleagues/engineers. -
