Pros
Executive management has good vision and cares about employees, relaxed environment with great benefits. Many very smart and capable engineers.
Cons
Pay is slightly lower than competitors. Middle tier management in some areas have poor accountability or make poor technical decisions and can be difficult to work with. Advancement or recognition is not always linked to abilities or results i.e. politics a little too prevalent.
