1) Dirty Politics always being played by few managers in Kolkata(not all), good and hard working employees do not get the right value what they deserve, the only way to get a good salary and position here is that you need to butter some powerful managers here. Dada bhai culture oriented company where people take advantages to grow by cheating others, everything looks good here from outside, but internally nothing good here. 2) No career growth, very demotivating environment, people who do not work and do not contribute anything in company's business get the limelight here by buttering their managers. 3) My sincere advice to not to join this company anytime if you are thinking to join it, your life will be hell if you are a talented hard working guy who wants right value of his/her talent. If you are an worthless person who is good at buttering then you can definitely try this company.

Salary structure very difficult to understand. Communication needs improvement from top down. Only paid monthly!
