Pros

Employment, I guess. That was the pro.

Cons

Unreasonable scheduling, too many managers to answer to, none of them really communicate at all, no matter what, you lose.

Pros

Exposure to cool brands and a legendary retail luxury brand. You can say you worked there. If you make a relationship with a sales associate you might be able to utilize your discount.

Cons

Your mental health will suffer. Inadequate support in terms of training for junior employees. Toxic senior leadership that lacks accountability for when they are wrong but are quick to blame others. Relationships of the inner circle go years and decades long from prior companies some which have gone bankrupt making in difficult to be an outsider. Lack of work life balance to complete standard industry tasks due to lack of investment in systems to efficiently run a business and not the headcount and properly trained headcount to do the job. Uncertain future for both the luxury department store chains let alone a stand alone flagship only known in the Tri-State area.
