Cons
You have to be very self-motivated to earn a living. There can be a lot of politics and favoritism shown to certain sellers who get the bulk of the product. You sometimes have to earn your living on what’s leftover for everyone else. It is highly competitive and can feel unfair. But overall it makes you stronger.
