What I Thought Would Be The Best Experience Turned Out To Be The Worst

Being around incredible fashions and the newest styles, nice spot in the city, employee discount, possibilities for great experiences in the fashion industry.
Cons
Some of the most inconsiderate/disrespectful management, coworkers, and HR I have ever experienced. All they value is who makes the company money. They turn a blind eye to mentally abusive managers. Only treat those who make money, have money or know people with respect. I experienced a disgusting and degrading experience that I attempted to bring to HR and I was completely brushed off. Only SOME people are "allowed" to take sick time, vacation, have an early friday, etc. Meaning; they look down on certain individuals for doing this but let others do it without a second thought. I have never felt so disrespected, unappreciated, and down right taken advantage of that I felt the only thing I could do was to quit. As I said above, I attempted taking my situation to HR and trying to come to a conclusion that did not involve me leaving the company but I was; to put it lightly, laughed at.
