Nothing, you are constantly overworked, underpaid and asked to do more than your job description entails.

Cons

No work life balance. Tried to implement a flexible work environment but the executive team quickly did not follow the new procedures and continued to pile on work. CEO is incompetent and executive team is rude and unaware of how much work needs to be done. I will not be shocked when this company is in bankruptcy again due to mismanagement.

Work from home environment, where ever you want, as long as work is completed by deadline.

Cons

Too much work, not enough support. Lack of direction and effective communication from executive team. Associates constantly leaving due to lack of clear vision from exec team. No one is happy, it's a shame because there is so much potential.
