No quiet place to eat lunch, everyone is watching to “catch” doing something wrong even if you are not The white mangers here have a lot of micro aggressions The pay sucks barely any raises despite making 15B this year no bonuses nothing Hour long break so you’re basically here your entire day No good work life balance Micro management especially from other co workers or higher ups in your department Rude customers, if you’re a poc they’ll stare at you as if you don’t belong here Higher ups talk to you like you’re stupid and want you to drop everything to help them Corporate gets treated the best here but not the lower end workers. Barely any gratis It’s hard to move up but easy to move departments

Literally the worst job I’ve ever had. Very underpaid for the amount of work I was doing. Took a toll on my mental and physical health. Ending up in the hospital with severe kidney infection for not being able to use the restroom when needed. Faced verbal abuse from managers. No support from HR, and made to feel as you are less than if you don’t have money or primarily from a certain kind of upbringing that I will not mention here but very obvious from the favouritism the personal shoppers gave. There are sooo many other companies out there who value work-life balance and treat you better. I wish I would have told myself that sooner and looked for another job asap. If you want to be in fashion this is not the place. Industry has a reputation for toxicity and this place is the perfect example.
