I can’t understand how the director has her job still this department is always losing people ...Why? .. because we are working with entitled people who constantly disrespect us , call us names and have tantrums when they don’t get their way .
Everyone is over worked except the managers , some days people are working 6 days straight from 9:30am to sometimes 9:00pm . People get upset with you if you get sick because there is no one left to cover so they have to stay late which is unfair .
The managers should stay late and help .
There are like 5 people working in the department. This is ridiculous.
If you ask me they need all new managers .
Or new training .
The director is a cold hearted dictator.
She has 0 communication skills & no empathy.
NO LEADERSHIP.
She could care less about the people under her .
It’s sad .
So many hard working ladies .
Believe me this is not the place to be .
I’ve seen this place suck the life out the sweetest hard working people .
If you decide to come here you won’t have a life .
You sit down all day but the mental & emotional stress and abuse will drive you into a deep depression.
You’re dealing with clients and other employees of the store who are sometimes incompetent and lazy and they just send everyone to client service because we are at the bottom when it comes to respect when we do the most work .
I rather work at Wendy’s or clean the toilets then work here .
Trust me no one is happy here .
There is no growth even if you work hard .
This department needs to be shut down .
$500 dollars a week isn’t worth it .
You can find better .
You don’t love yourself if you see this review and still apply .
