Great company discount and and you get to look at beautiful apparel every day!

Cons

Very abusive and emotionally unhelathy environment! Sales associates don't respect one another or anyone for that matter and will do almost anything to get a sale. I witnessed people actually cursing and yelling at one another. Customers are allowed to mistreat employees. Management doesn't do anything to change the culture and basically abuse their authority. It is pretty much accepted as the norm. Also, if you have an issue don't take it to human resources because they are no help whatsoever. You will be treated as if you are the problem and targeted as a trouble maker.

Cons

The time I was employed at BG ended up being too much of a commute for me. I lived too far.

Pros

The location is amazing. It is one block away from central park in Manhattan. The hours are great and there is an employee cafeteria available for breakfast and lunch. My managers were the best and I was trained very good.

Cons

The pay is great if you are a Sales Associate or have been there for years.
