am trying to think of one. Discount is not what it used to be. Cosmetics was 30 percent,now 20 percent Matching 401 up to 6 percent is a definite benefit
Cons
everything,management is hostile,degrading,unsupportive. Co workers are evil,shady,self serving,they steal sales,are nasty to u to your face. Management does not know the meaning of the word,the don't work with u,have favorites,expects u to solve your issues on your own. Can be nasty,hold your schedule in their hands,they love the control of the only thing u look forward to ,your time off. Have demoted people working there a long time for missed Numbers and bad economy of which is not anyones control. They deduct your hourly if not making numbers.
