      Pros

      The money is good. You make a good commission every month. You also get a base pay. You know what is expected of your number goals. 88 calls a day.

      Cons

      The communication sucks in the office. The rules change every week that you get to the point of just smiling and nodding because it doesn't matter and it won't be the same next week. You are supposed to be there for the sales teams but they have a skewed vision of what you actually do and you are supposed to be transparent in your work so they can tell what you spoke about in the notes, but all you have to go on regarding the guest is that the salesperson bought their two cats from them and they are nice people!

      Fun atmosphere Company is very proud of who they are Phenomenal community interaction Good recognition Delicious cookies High earning potential Good communication between all the dealership's

      Cons

      Poor management system Short tempered people All or nothing type job Either you're eating prime rib or You're donating plasma for money. There's the top guys then there's everyone else and from a financial standpoint it is not practical to invest 3 years to develop a base in order to survive

      Pros

      Great Benefits! The Bergstrom's try to create a great work environment and really strive to be the best Dealership in WI.

      Cons

      They don't give raises regularly and there is a pay cut off you reach fairly quickly after working for only a few years. The managers at the Milwaukee store treat you as if you are way below them and expect you to basically kiss their butt.
