The company balances business success with a genuine concern for both its guests and its team members. Its truly gratifying to be part of a company that prioritizes quality, integrity, and community, making it a workplace where one can truly thrive and make a difference. Working at Bergstrom is truly rewarding. The company invests in the growth and development of its team members, offering comprehensive training programs and opportunities for advancement. Our collaborative culture encourages innovation and values the contributions of each employee. I've found the leadership team is accessible and supportive, and in most cases actively seeking input from staff to continuously improve our workplace environment. I value its strong sense of community involvement. We have the opportunity to participate in numerous charitable initiatives and events throughout the year. Our commitment to giving back not only strengthens our community ties but also instills a sense of pride and purpose in the team.

Cons

While I do feel the company as a whole values collaboration and ideas, there are individual managers who are quick to reject ideas at first. It can take a lot of work to have your ideas considered, so you better care about your idea a lot. However, I've found that when you do, eventually they'll stand back for a minute to look at the problem that you're trying to solve through another lens and will work along side you to make it happen.
