When the shutdown happened due to Covid all employees were given 2 weeks pay at the start of the shutdown and then when we returned we received 1 extra week of pay. Bergstrom also covered employees medical insurance premiums. Needless to say Bergstrom took great care of its employees to ensure we could provide for our families during a difficult situation. I am extremely happy I joined Bergstrom at the start of the year, it's been a stark difference from my previous employment. I plan to stay with Bergstrom for as long as possible.

Cons

Many repair shops have switched over to a salary for Service Advisors, and while Sales has switch to salary at Bergstrom Service Advisors have not.
