Donates a lot back into the community, has a free health clinic for employees and their family members, lots of advancement opportunities, benefits, flexible schedule, family oriented

Cons

Uniforms are only given to certain team members, brand new employees are given equal pay as seasoned employees (seasoned employees deserve much better raises) no personal days
