      Love the team and the fun environment. This is a company you could easily spend your entire career at. So many opportunities.

      Pros

      Not only do I have a team here that has my back, but Bergstrom as a whole takes care of you. This company actually cares about you and values you as an individual. So far I have loved this company.

      Cons

      Long hours, but is worth it if you are trying to make some money. They also put a lot of time and money into training you. They even paid for my hotel, food, gas, and every other expense I had when I went to training.

      There are lots of opportunities for growth in the company and many people you'll have the chance to interact with. From personal relationships with teammates to professional relationships between guests, This is a revolving door for personal development including life long friendships and new experiences daily. Connections are what makes us human including challenges we face. You may come across various challenges and there is always a way to come out on top! This is a great career or even an opportunity for experience in sales/office setting. Holidays off. Great benefits. Vacation time is sufficient. Earning potential is what you make of it.

      Cons

      Training on daily use portals, CRM systems and corresponding tools early on is recommended however most systems take time to learn overall. This is not another job for the average joe. You must have drive and the will to perform with goals in mind to achieve month to month with short memory. Hours can be long based on what you'd like to accomplish.
