      Pros

      Working at Bergstrom Automotive began with an acquisition. It was overwhelmingly alarming at first, but the team did their best to make sure the whole crew felt welcomed and wanted. We had job security & were able to reach levels within our careers that we didn't know were possible before Bergstrom. Personally, the leadership opportunity I've been gifted has been a blessing and really allowed me to develop my leadership skills and take them to a whole new level. I have no shortage of great things to say about this company. I would recommend those looking for daily challenge, fast paced, and ever-evolving work to apply here.

      Potentially very rewarding, helping the guests find their vehicles and selling can be very rewarding in wallet and spirit.

      Poorly ran, promotes toxicity through creating unnecessary shark like environment, promotes poor integrity behaviors as long as it results in a sale.
