- Poor training - No continuity between body shops - Bad Communication - Awful pay and benefits - Revolving door of employees; employees get fired or reprimanded and just get moved to another shop or dealership, never actually solving the problem - Only reason their rating is so high is because they ask employees to rate them high on Glassdoor at orientation before they know how it will actually be to work for them

Very low pay. The raises have NEVER kept up with the cost of living. New comers are treated much better and paid much better than long tenured employees. The higher ups play favorites. There is a lot of workplace drama. People who have affairs or steal from the company are treated like royalty and moved within the company to keep their reputation in check, rather than just being let go. There is a lot of adult bullying that never gets taken care of. Women are automatically labeled dramatic for speaking their mind against a male co worker. There is not much room for advancement in my area. You get messages from higher ups on Facebook asking you to leave positive reviews of the company (which is extremely unprofessional in my opinion)
