They work hard to get agile right. We had great planning sessions and team discussions. The company works hard to modernize their systems.

Cons

There is a divide at the company between the old way of doing things and the new. The management talk a lot about being a generative company and there is a hard push for company culture. It ends up feeling conflicted as management has little respect for engineers.
