Great Employer, Great Benefits

Pros

Benefit packages are amazing and the cost to the employee is minimal. Salaries are competitive. Supportive work environment. Forward thinking and fiscally responsible organization with great mission statement and vision.

Cons

Senior leaders seem to operate in silos and at times seem to disrespect one another. Communication between leaders is sometimes fragmented and can have a trickle down effect on front line staff.

Pros

Well run healthcare system with good upper management that seems to have an eye for adapting to the changing healthcare environment. Good compensation and benefits. Nice place to live.

Cons

Seniority doesn't mean much. Newer employees highly favored. Too much bias among the many, many layers of middle management. Not enough help on the lower levels due to budget concerns. Aging equipment with minimal upkeep.
