Good benefits, health/dental insurance/403B/vision/life insurance/LTD/STD

Cons

Rates of pay not based on performance. Solely on the "experience" you list on your resume. Sell you a lot then don't live up to it when you actually take the job and start working. General adjustment raises, same percentage as the worst employee there no matter how much you put in or cross train or take on additional work outside of your job description.
