Pros

If you have spent any time in the PM industry you have seen how working with or living under management companies can be a complete nightmare. Most have mastered the art of making big promises with shiny distractions that fall flat where it matters most. The culture. People who really care about your day to day as well our residents home life. This is Berkshire. From the Housekeepers to the CEO they REALLY CARE. Its a visceral feeling that you cannot miss. You will do yourself a disservice by NOT coming to work with us!

Cons

I had to dig deep here, but the only con I can think of, that really isnt a con at all; The amount of SOP literature you have to go through right when you start. It can be a bit overwhelming.

Pros

Berkshire offers great training and growth opportunities as well as competitive benefits in general.

Cons

Northern California management in the regional level is ruthless and does not nurture talent, unless you are part of "inner circle".
