Great Company, Great Benefits

Pros

The benefit package is fantastic with plenty of PTO, great coverage and 401k matching. Leadership communicates and listens to feedback.

Cons

A lot of the changes that have led us to be technologically more efficient has led to a lack of understanding of what the on site teams have to deal with on a day to day basis that corporate team members do not. There’s a lot of requests for quick turnarounds that just aren’t possible when the phones don’t stop ringing and there’s only 1-4 people at most generally that are covering an entire office.

Pros

Benefits are amazing and my immediate coworkers were awesome but the regional managers were terrible. They went through 4 regional managers in a span of less than 5 years.

Cons

No room for growth beyond senior leasing, leasing coordinator unless you are willing to move. Properties are not that great and overpriced.
