Pros

Berkshire is an amazing company and they have so many opportunities for everyone to grow. I love how we set goals as a company, team, and for ourselves. The training process is very thorough. As someone that was new to leasing I learned so much and love how much patience everyone had with me. I will always be grateful for Berkshire because they gave me an opportunity without leasing experience.

Cons

I feel like more money should be put in for our appearance, sometimes the budget does not allow the property to make necessary cosmetic updates. Other than that the company is great and has its perks!

Pros

Berkshire strongly believes that culture is the driving force to a great work environment. Leadership is set by example. You’re always inspired and encouraged to grow and develop further in your position, while giving you the confidence to tackle unfamiliar projects with the necessary support to ensure you’re successful.

Cons

Human Resources is a disgrace. You’re going to lose a lot of good long term employees if you don’t make changes.
