Competitive Pay Company Culture Truly good people work here Cigna Healthcare Plan Beautiful properties(there's not a bad seed in the bunch) Their portfolio is growing with new development They provide a great program for employees of all levels to grow their careers by completing curriculum that teaches each new position above their current one

So far I have only been with the company for a short amount of time but must say I have not seen one like this. Throughout my training they have been there for me always providing helpful resources and tools. Staying in consist communication and have see a lot of opportunity to grow. I am excited to see my future here and can not wait to learn all I can. They really do have a great team!

Cons

To be honest I am yet to see a con and don't think they have one. From the pay, commission, benefits, core values, tools offered, and etc. they really do take the time to make this company greater. I couldn't be happier for the opportunity to join there team.

Berkshire has a great culture. "Be the Best" describes them to the max. They strive to hire the best, continuing to educate and cultivate teams to perform the best. They truly care about healthy work life balance! I am a returning Berkshire employee and it feels like I am "Home". It is all about "The People" that I love and was drawn back to this great company.

Cons

I am not finding anything that I would change at this time.
