Pros

This is my second time working for Berkshire Communities after being out of the industry for a few months. I knew right away, coming back in, that Berkshire was the only company I wanted to reconnect with. The culture, along with the opportunity for growth and training are all things that brought me back. You will find that your co-workers here, from office staff to corporate managers, are all so inviting and kind. Very warm place to work!

Cons

I have no cons to share about Berkshire. Every single experience has been a pleasure!

Amazing culture. Senior Management takes the time to get to know all their employees and truly care, which fosters a amazing esprit de corp. Training is not a box that is checked rather a facet that they put quality time and effort into making sure you fully understand concepts. Have more training in 30 days than I ever got at a company I was at for over a year.

Cons

With so much invested in your team, you feel like you let everyone down when you take a day off. Even when your team suggests you to do so.
