Pros

They offer all the knowledge and information you could want and at there own cost. The tenure is impressive. The company just increased vacation accrual next year by one week for all employees.

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as it could be.

Pros

Great people all around from the top to bottom. You can always expect honesty, fairness and respect from mentors.

Cons

Not a true con due to the nature of the beast but selling properties and resettling to more promising markets will land you out of a job if your not adaptable. I would have loved to relocate to the California area but my family was unable to make the transition when the opportunity arose. Great severance package!
